Returns & Order Changes

  • We do not offer returns or refunds due to personal preference, ordering mistakes, incorrect measurements, or customer errors.

  • Customers are responsible for confirming the following before checkout:

    • Product compatibility

    • Technical specifications

    • Dimensions and requirements

  • Once an order is prepared for dispatch or shipped, it is considered final and cannot be reversed.

  • Products that have been used, installed, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

  • If an order has not yet been processed, changes may be possible depending on status. Administrative or cancellation fees may apply.


Warranty Information

  • Warranty coverage is limited to confirmed manufacturing defects only. User-related issues are not covered.

Warranty periods:

  • Battery: 12 months

  • Motor: 12 months

  • Other components: 6 months

Requirements to claim warranty:

  • Products must be installed by a certified e-bike technician, electrician, or professional mechanic.

  • Proof of professional installation (invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty requests.

  • Any damage caused by improper installation, wiring errors, or modifications will void the warranty.


DIY Product Disclaimer

  • Redline Ebikes conversion kits and batteries are sold as DIY components for custom builds and personal projects.

  • These systems require electrical and mechanical knowledge; incorrect installation may result in damage or malfunction.

  • By purchasing a DIY kit or battery, the customer accepts full responsibility for:

    • Installation

    • Setup

    • Usage outcomes

  • Issues caused during self-installation, incorrect wiring, or damage are not considered factory defects and are not covered under warranty.

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended for safety and warranty protection.


Exclusions from Warranty

Warranty will not be approved for damages or failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or unqualified installation

  • Wiring mistakes or incompatible voltage

  • Modified plugs, connectors, or cables

  • Water exposure, moisture damage, or corrosion

  • Burned components or electrical short circuits

  • Opening or disassembling sealed parts

  • Misuse, overloading, or careless handling

  • Use with incompatible batteries, controllers, or parts

  • Physical damage, crashes, impacts, or mounting bolt issues

  • Failure to follow installation or safety instructions


Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility before installation.

  • Refunds or warranty service will not be granted for issues caused by incorrect setup, misuse, or user error.

  • For refund requests:

    • Notification must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • The product must be returned in its original condition before any refund is issued.
